Carom Raw Honey

Delighul sweet sharpness of carom (ajwain) seed with rich caramel
hue.

It is collected from the apiaries kept in carom seed farms when they
bloom with small white flowers in November-December.

It reduces acidity levels, keeps body in the alkaline state.
It is effecve for curing cold, sore throats, cough and
digesve disorders.

A spoonful of this honey with lemon juice, ginger or pinch of turmeric
powder early morning. Or with a cuppa of tea or glass
of warm milk. Use it for the ginger bake or in honey soaked oat
cookies.
